Side Notes: As I get older, I find that there are certain places that bring back memories. I still get excited every time I drive along the Tincup highway in Idaho where I went fishing with my dad when I was in elementary school. When I’m in that place, the sound of the stream, smell of the pine trees and wind seem to have a way of bringing back memories of catching fish and spending time with my dad more than almost any picture can do. Each of us have a few of these places that bring back memories, hopefully most of them good memories. It might be the house we grew up in, an old school we attended, a playground we visited as a child, or a place you frequented often as a family. Along with the feelings that come with those places, I believe there is a musical soundtrack that goes along with these location and the feelings we get when we are there. For me, this song was one that I felt matched one of those special places where I have many good memories as a kid. As you play this tune, picture one of the places that you loved to visit and hopefully it takes you back to that place.
