About this Song:
Side Notes: This song started as a sketch back in 2022 and was never fully finished. The idea and melody had promise, but it felt about 90% complete when I found it again. It reminds me a little bit of the feather theme in Forest Gump but it is different. I think I was going for that type of soundtrack feel on the song when I started writing this idea out.
In my notes, I had titled it “A Pretty One.” That could probably describe a lot of songs, but I decided to keep the name as a reminder.
We all have ideas like this. Some are good, some are great, and every once in a while there is one that just feels like a “pretty one.”
The important part is writing those ideas down when they come, and then taking the time to come back and finish the ones that areworth the effort.
