Refunds Before Shipment

If you contact us before your order has shipped, we are happy to issue a full refund.
 

Order Errors or Duplicates

If an order was placed incorrectly (such as ordering too many copies or selecting the wrong item), please contact us as soon as possible.

If the order has not shipped, we will issue a full refund.

If the order has already shipped, please contact us and we’ll work together to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.

Requests Sent Before Shipment

If you contacted us to cancel or change an order before it shipped, but the message was not seen in time, we will still work with you to make things right.

Returns

Physical Books

Because our books are printed and shipped independently, we do not accept returns on physical books simply due to preference, level, or style once they’ve been delivered.

We strongly encourage reviewing the sample pages on our website before ordering to be sure the music is a good fit.

If a Book Isn’t the Right Fit

If a book turns out not to be the level you were hoping for, we’re happy to help in other ways, including:

  • offering a coupon toward another book
  • helping you choose a different title or digital option

Our goal is always to help you enjoy the music you purchase.

Digital Products

All digital downloads are non-refundable once delivered.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@tonioli.com.
