If your digital sheet music PDF will not open, first make sure you are using an updated PDF reader such as Adobe Acrobat Reader.

Try the following:

• Download the file again (do not open directly from the browser)

• Save the file to your computer or device first

• Update your PDF reader to the latest version

• Restart your device and try again

If the file still will not open, contact us and we’ll gladly assist you.

For best printing results:

• Download the PDF file to your device first

• Open it using a PDF reader (not a web browser preview)

• Select “Actual Size” or “100% scale” in your printer settings

• Ensure your paper size is set correctly (usually Letter or A4)

If your music prints too small or cut off, double-check your scaling settings.

If your audio file is not playing:

• Make sure the file downloaded completely

• Try opening it with a different media player

• Confirm your device volume is turned on

• Restart your device if needed
