About this Song:
Side Notes: I’ve been working on an arrangement of this tune for over a year. I love the story of the composer Will Thompson who was born in 1847. He originally tried to sell his songs to a publisher and was told they weren’t interested. So he decided to start his own publishing company and grew that into a business selling pianos, organs and sheet music. This tune can be found in many Christian Hymn books and has been performed by many artists over the years
